Level Two – Water Independence
Objective: To develop the child's ability to perform skills independently without direct support.
🏅 Training content:
- Advanced Bubbles Exercise:
Blow into the water for 10 seconds while maintaining continuous breathing.
- Belly Float + Bubbles:
Floating alone on the stomach while blowing into the water for 10 seconds .
- Floating on your back without assistance:
Maintain balance and relax for 10 seconds .
- Jumping into the water from a standing position:
Without help to build confidence and courage.
