Level Three – Body Control and Basic Movements
Objective: To introduce the first motor swimming skills using the legs and regular breathing.
🏅 Training content:
- Leg blows – to the stomach:
In a floating position with air blowing from the nose while performing the movement.
- Leg strikes – on the back:
With controlled breathing (inhaling through the mouth and exhaling through the nose while moving).
- Advanced jump while remaining in the water:
Jump from a standing position, then stay in the water for 10 seconds while blowing bubbles from your nose.
