Terms and Conditions - Kid Square Child Care Center
By using the services of Kid Square or registering for any of our programs, you agree to fully comply with the following terms and conditions:
First: Kid Square Center Duties
Second: The Center’s organizational and administrative policies
1- It is required to complete all official papers and pay fees before registering the child.
2- Fees cannot be refunded after 24 hours from the date of issuing the invoice.
3- Days of absence are included in the paid subscription and there is no right to claim their value back.
4- Medical excuses are only accepted with an official, approved medical report.
5- In the event of absence for more than 3 consecutive days without a medical excuse, a fee of (150 riyals) will be imposed for each day of absence.
6- A child shall not be admitted if he/she shows any health or infectious symptoms without providing a medical report proving recovery.
7- It is prohibited to bring meals or toys belonging to the child into the center.
8- Official papers and documents will be submitted only upon completion of the subscription.
9- The center is permitted to photograph the child and use his photos in marketing media after the guardian signs these terms.
10- The child’s age at registration must not exceed (5 years and 4 months) for admission to the KG3 stage.
11- The administration reserves the right to expel a child in the event of aggressive or indecent behavior, or the use of offensive language, without financial compensation.
12- The guardian’s signature on this document constitutes an official acknowledgment of approval of all current policies and any future updates issued by the administration.
13- In the event of a delay in receiving the child after the end of the school day, an additional fee of 50 riyals will be imposed for each hour of delay.
14- Repeated absence without medical excuses (exceeding 10 days) gives the administration the right to cancel the subscription without compensation.
15- Re-evaluate the child’s behavior when problems recur to determine his suitability to continue in the center.
16- The administration reserves the right to report to the competent authorities if it suspects that the child is being neglected or abused by the guardian.
17- The center has the right to request an updated medical report at any time when recurring symptoms are observed.
18- The subscription will not be renewed before all previous financial dues are paid.
19- It is prohibited for any unauthorized person to enter children’s classrooms or areas where they are present without official permission.
20- If payment is delayed for more than seven days from the date of issuance of the invoice, the child’s services will be temporarily suspended until the full amount is paid.
21- The administration reserves the right to terminate the contract with any guardian in the event of damage to the center’s environment, with fees being refunded for the unused period only.
22- It is prohibited for anyone other than the authorized staff to have direct contact with children inside the center.
Third: Conditions binding on the guardian
1- The guardian is committed to attending the child’s periodic meetings and evaluations.
2- The guardian is obligated to respond immediately to the center’s calls or notifications regarding the child.
3- The guardian undertakes to disclose any health or behavioral condition the child suffers from upon registration or when any new developments occur.
4- It is prohibited to bring a child to the center while sick, and the guardian bears full responsibility in the event of a violation.
5- The guardian is committed to dealing politely with the center’s staff, with the administration having the right to terminate the child’s enrollment in the event of verbal or physical abuse of any employee.
6- The guardian is prohibited from publishing any offensive or defamatory content against the center or its employees on social media, under penalty of legal accountability.
7- The guardian has no right to request any special amendments to the activities or internal regulations of the center.
8- The guardian is obligated to pay the fees on the specified dates without delay, subject to fines and regulatory procedures in the event of delay.
8- The center must be officially notified if the guardian wishes to withdraw the child, while adhering to the refund policy.
11- The guardian or any person affiliated with him is prohibited from entering the center’s facilities without an official permit from the administration.
11- The guardian is responsible for updating his contact information (phone number and email) when it changes.
12- The guardian’s signature on this document constitutes explicit and final acceptance of any future updates approved by the center’s management in the best interest of the child.
Parent's approval
Upon completing the registration process or purchasing any program from Kid Square, I, the guardian, acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms, conditions, and policies stated above, and I fully and finally agree to them, and I pledge to implement them during my child’s subscription period at the center, while agreeing to any future updates issued by the center’s management that serve the child’s interest and the progress of the educational process.
