Level 1 - Adapting and Building Confidence in the Water
Objective: To help the child overcome fear and learn about water safely.
🏅 Training content:
- Bubbles exercise (blowing in water):
Teach your child to blow into the water for 5 seconds to get used to exhaling.
- Floating on the stomach:
With the help of the trainer to achieve a sense of balance.
- Back float:
Also with the help of the trainer to relieve stress and accustom the body.
- Jumping from a sitting position:
To develop confidence in entering the water safely.
